How can I get involved?

The Cause
Where will donations go?
Every dollar (100% of donations) raised through this challenge is received by R U OK?.
Your contributions help fuel connection and inspire change by enabling R U OK? to deliver impactful national programs and provide free, practical resources that empower people to start regular, meaningful conversations with those around them. These conversations can make a real difference in R U OK? suicide prevention work and mental wellbeing initiatives.
Importantly, funds also help extend this support to some of Australia’s most vulnerable communities, including rural and regional areas, First Nations peoples, and LGBTIQ+ communities, where unique social and environmental challenges can increase the risk of suicide. Through tailored resources and community-led specialised initiatives, R U OK? can better reach individuals, groups and organisations with support that’s relevant, accessible and effective.
By taking part, you’re helping ensure more Australians feel connected, supported and reminded that someone is there to listen.
