From Saturday 11 until Saturday 18 April, take on 8 exercises a day for 8 straight days.

The challenge is designed to be achievable, targeting different muscle groups each day to allow time for recovery. Tailor the weights and reps to suit your strength and fitness level. If you can’t get to a club, an at-home version is available too. What matters most is showing up for yourself and for each other.
