From 11–18 April, we’re rallying our club community to take on the Lift The Weight Challenge — 8 exercises a day for 8 days — to raise funds for suicide prevention.
8 Aussies lose their lives to suicide every day. We’re encouraging our members to show up for each other, raise awareness and help change that number.
In our club, we lift weights together. Beyond it, we check in and help lift the weight when life gets heavy.

RuOK in raising funds and awareness for suicide prevention. We want to encourage everyone to ask the question, to check in with your loved one for not just one day, but everyday and to know that we are all going through something - we just can't see it.
Such a great cause! Conversations need to happen more and more and this is a great opportunity to bring that awareness for us to continue checking in our friends and family <3
