From 11–18 April, we’re rallying our club community to take on the Lift The Weight Challenge — 8 exercises a day for 8 days — to raise funds for suicide prevention.

8 Aussies lose their lives to suicide every day. We’re encouraging our members to show up for each other, raise awareness and help change that number. 

In our club, we lift weights together. Beyond it, we check in and help lift the weight when life gets heavy.

How it Works

This April, we’re coming together as a community to lift more than just weights — we’re lifting the weight of mental health.

Our “Lift the Weight” Fundraiser is all about raising awareness, starting meaningful conversations, and supporting those who may be struggling in silence. Because sometimes, the heaviest things we carry aren’t physical.
