From 11โ18 April, weโre rallying our club community to take on the Lift The Weight Challenge โ 8 exercises a day for 8 days โ to raise funds for suicide prevention.
8 Aussies lose their lives to suicide every day. Weโre encouraging our members to show up for each other, raise awareness and help change that number.ย
In our club, we lift weights together. Beyond it, we check in and help lift the weight when life gets heavy.ย
