8 Aussies lose their lives to suicide every day. We’re encouraging our members to show up for each other, raise awareness and help change that number.
In our club, we lift weights together. Beyond it, we check in and help lift the weight when life gets heavy.

We're all fighting our own fight, and the gym is one of those outlets in which if someone, or something has triggered you to bring you down to a low spot on any given day, then exercise is the catalyst to getting you through. Anytime, anywhere, Gym will alway be there.
