From 11–18 April, we’re rallying our club community to take on the Lift The Weight Challenge — 8 exercises a day for 8 days — to raise funds for suicide prevention.

8 Aussies lose their lives to suicide every day. We’re encouraging our members to show up for each other, raise awareness and help change that number. 

In our club, we lift weights together. Beyond it, we check in and help lift the weight when life gets heavy.

This is our WHY!

8 people every day lose their lives to suicide, and unfortunately, this affects more than just the individual. Everyone has been affected by suicide, whether directly or indirectly. Our why is to raise awareness and provide a space where people can come, be the best versions of themselves, and feel safe in our environment and thrive!
