I’m taking part in an 8-day R U OK?
 Lift the weight challenge and this one is deeply personal to me.
I’ve lost people I love. The kind of loss that doesn’t just go away… it reshapes you. It leaves behind silence where there used to be laughter, and moments where you wish you had just one more conversation.
That’s why this fundraiser means so much. Because sometimes all it takes is one question  “Are you okay?”  to remind someone they’re not alone.
Over the next 8 days, I’ll be showing up, speaking up, and doing this in honour of the people I’ve lost, the people I love, and anyone out there quietly struggling.
You might notice me using a semicolon ( ; ). It’s more than just punctuation  it’s a symbol of hope. It represents a sentence the author could have ended, but chose not to. Just like life. It’s a reminder that your story isn’t over yet.
If you’re struggling, please reach out. If you’re strong enough, check in on someone else. You never truly know what someone is carrying.
