We are taking on the Lift The Weight Challenge

From 11–18 April, our team at Anytime Fitness Kwinana is taking part in the Lift the Weight challenge.

Each day, we’ll be completing 8 exercises for 8 days. It’s a small way to represent something much heavier that many people carry every day.

In Australia, 8 lives are lost to suicide every single day. It’s a hard number to sit with, and a big reason why this matters to us.

For us, this isn’t about numbers or performance. It’s about showing up, starting conversations, and creating a space where people feel supported and not alone.

We’re proud to be supporting R U OK? and the work they do to encourage people to check in with each other.
