I'M TAKING ON THE LIFT THE WEIGHT CHALLENGE

Saturday 11th Apr
Today is the first day back to manual lifting since my accident way back in February. I woke up at 230am, hit the gym at 330am and worked out until 530am. With me being pretty inactive for nearly 2 months, I found my cardio and strength had suffered greatly. 

Today marks the first day for the rest of my life and my journey into 2026, to better support both my mental health and that of those that surround me.
