Saturday 11th Apr Today is the first day back to manual lifting since my accident way back in February. I woke up at 230am, hit the gym at 330am and worked out until 530am. With me being pretty inactive for nearly 2 months, I found my cardio and strength had suffered greatly.MY TEAM MEMBERS
