I'M TAKING ON THE LIFT THE WEIGHT CHALLENGE
From 11–18 April, I’m committing to 8 exercises a day for 8 days to raise funds for suicide prevention.
8 Australians lose their lives to suicide every day. I’m supporting R U OK? to help start meaningful conversations and encourage people to check in with those around them.
If you can, please donate and help me make a difference.

Every Step, Every Rep, For a Conversation That Matters
Monday 6th AprI’ve signed up for the R U OK? Challenge at my gym this year, and it’s something that means a lot to me personally.
Over the last few years I’ve had some real struggles with my mental health. After spending many years working around trauma and some very difficult situations, it’s something that eventually caught up with me. It hasn’t been an easy road, but I’m doing the work to heal and move forward.
One thing I’m learning is how important it is to talk and communicate with the people who care about you. Some days are harder than others, but I’m trying my hardest every day to be open and communicate with my loved ones instead of carrying things on my own.
Training at the gym has become a big part of helping me stay focused and keep pushing forward, so taking part in this challenge felt like a good way to turn something positive into helping others too.
If anyone would like to support the fundraiser, I’d really appreciate it. But even more importantly, take a moment to check in on someone around you.
A simple question can make a bigger difference than you might realise.
💛 Are you OK?
